Nice place. The food was good and the service was also. A little crowded. Fine dining should give you a little more room. Wine list is OK, seems everyone leaves out the mid-priced ones. I would go back.

Juniper is in Edwards, down the road from Beaver Creek, a bit farther down the road from Vail. The scene at Juniper, a bistro that encompasses many cuisines, is lively & it was filled when we walked in after 9 P.M. We were 5 people, fortunately with a reservation. We all ordered different things, but everything tasted great, looked beautiful, and was just the right amount of food. Well, perhaps some of the entrees were a little on the large side. There's a nice selection of meat, poultry, and fish, as well as enough vegetarian items to create a platter. Everything is prepared in a creative manner using local produce when possible. The average price entree was $26-$27 and the average price appetizer $11. We'd go back in a heartbeat were we to be in Beaver Creek again.
